Own the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual summits. Ensure a flawless broadcast experience for both speakers and attendees.
Build rapport with guest speakers and sponsors, coordinate schedules, and run tech rehearsals.
Plan and execute multi-channel promotion strategies (Email, LinkedIn, Slack communities) to drive registrations.
Use Canva to create engaging decks, speaker cards, and highlight reels for social media.
Manage registration pages, audience data, and report on the ROI of each session to leadership team.
Experiment with new formats, interactive elements, and giveaways to increase audience retention.

4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or HR Tech space
High EQ & Communication: natural "people person" who can build rapport with C-suite speakers
Organization Extraordinaire: ability to juggle multiple event timelines, speaker follow-ups, and marketing deadlines
Technical & Design Savvy: Proficient in Canva, email marketing platforms, and CRM/Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Time Zone Alignment: Comfortable moderating live events during peak window: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
