Manage projects supporting Customer Services applications and business operations
Develop project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning
Lead project execution and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage 3–8 concurrent projects simultaneously
Oversee initiatives such as: Dashboard development and reporting improvements, New process and procedure implementation, Module implementations, Work-in-process (WIP) improvements
Collaborate across global teams and stakeholders
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in IT Project Management (not software development PM)
Experience working in Agile, SAFe Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
