Role Overview
- attaining and maintaining an IL Property and Casualty license
- supporting Account Managers in servicing a book of business
- answering policy questions, updating account changes
- assisting with premium collections, fielding phone calls
- working within Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO
- creating marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance
Requirements
- professional customer support experience and/or formal business education
- capable of attaining an IL Property & Casualty license
- insurance experience preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong work ethic
- close attention to detail
- strong organizational skills
- excellent computer skills
- ability to work independently and with a team
