Role Overview
Live chats with clients and tutors: resolving inquiries online during shifts

Requirements
Experience in support/customer service (Western markets) or a willingness to switch to IT (experience communicating with native speakers)
Willingness to communicate in English both in chats and by phone (advanced level)
Multitasking, quick adaptability, and attention to detail
Nice to have: experience with CRM, helpdesk/desk systems, and Omnichannel platforms
