Owner of performance creative and driver of experiments in paid channels (Meta is primary; TikTok, Google and others follow)
Shape and develop creative strategy together with PMM and UAM
Generate, prioritize and launch creative hypotheses — focusing on scaling the largest successful concepts by ROI and volume
Build a testing system: insight → concept → production → analysis → scaling
Work with UGC creators and designers: briefs, storyboards, feedback and quality control
Analyze creative results, identify patterns and generate insights for subsequent iterations
Develop successful creative concepts rather than just “searching for new ideas”
Make key decisions based on analysis of user behavior, marketing and product metrics — and take responsibility for the results
Requirements
Ideally 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across creative marketing / user acquisition / growth in B2C products (experience in FMCG, marketing agencies, or BIG-4/IB is an additional plus)
Experience working with Meta Ads as a primary channel and a track record of real case results
Understanding of how creative affects audience quality and top
and bottom-funnel behavior through metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, LTV) — and ability to act on these
Understanding of funnel capacity and relationships (audience — creative — funnel — product)
High level of curiosity and a desire to research and deeply understand users’ jobs, pains and gains
Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, defend positions with evidence and make independent decisions
Creativity and ability to generate hypotheses based on competitive analysis, personal insights and business priorities
Comfortable working at a fast pace and with high uncertainty
Results-oriented and willing to take responsibility for outcomes, not just processes
English level — Upper-Intermediate+
