5+ years of experience in product/UX design, with at least some exposure to EdTech or SaaS platforms.
Strong portfolio that shows end-to-end product design and measurable impact.
Proficiency in Figma (and comfortable with systems like ShadCN, Radix, or similar component libraries).
Advanced prototyping skills (Figma, Framer, Protopie, Principle, or similar) for research and iteration.
Strong understanding of user research and testing methods, and the ability to apply insights directly into design work.
Detail-oriented craft paired with strong systems thinking.
Excellent communication skills to explain design choices and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
