Role Overview
- Responsible for designing, managing, analyzing and delivering research insights
- Partner with Sales in efforts to increase acquisition and retention among clients
- Participate in client meetings/calls and presenting final deliverable to clients
- Ensure excellent delivery and customer service in collaboration with internal teams
- Review research objectives and oversee project deliverables
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year Market Research experience serving in a client-facing capacity
- Background in quantitative research and data analysis
- Advanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed with a strong client service orientation
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SPSS a plus
