About this role
Role Overview
Office Administration: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls; greeting clients; managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff or executives.
Communication & Documentation: Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
Data & Records Management: Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Office Support: Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel.
Specialized Support: In some roles, performing basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or assisting with project-based tasks.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication, and ability to multitask
