Review individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns prepared by offshore staff supporting the Winter Park, FL workflow.
Identify technical inaccuracies, compliance concerns, and missed tax planning opportunities.
Provide proactive tax strategy recommendations designed to improve client financial outcomes.
Improve internal review procedures to reduce turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
Offer structured coaching and feedback to distributed team members.
Communicate directly with clients regarding complex tax issues and advisory matters.
Modify and analyze QuickBooks financial statements to ensure accuracy and tax preparation readiness.
Work with leadership to refine operational processes and support overall team performance.

5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Proficiency with UltraTax, Drake, and/or Canopy.
Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Demonstrated experience reviewing tax returns, not only preparing them.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-driven environment.
