Chief of Staff operations: leadership team meetings, offsites, and Canada Marketing Town Halls; shape executive communications and narratives
Champion special initiatives: establishing clear governance and activation plans
Optimize planning cycles: align OKRs, scorecards, and intake processes to streamline decision-making for marketing leadership team
Support Digital transformation: project manage select workstreams and support business casing for future-year funding
Continuously improve ways of working: simplify processes, remove blockers, codify best practices
Partner across teams: build collaborative relations across business units and global teams to achieve shared objectives
Requirements
5–7 years in marketing strategy, business strategy and/or program management
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and data‑driven storytelling skills
A passion for relationship building supported by solid facilitation skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to turn insights into actions and draw crisp connections between customer outcomes and business benefits
A deep curiosity to learn more about business drivers and processes
Familiarity with Mural and modern program management tools/best practices
High data literacy; Excel proficiency; Power BI an asset
