Role Overview
- Support executive compensation and benefits tax matters
- Research and prepare compensation planning and benchmarking analyses
- Perform technical tax research and identify when additional analysis is needed
- Support the partner team with practice strategy, planning, budgeting, and development of new delivery capabilities
- Communicate with clients through clear verbal communication and professional written deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate tax, accounting, or legal
- CPA, Juris Doctor or equivalent credential preferred
- Experience with compensation & benefits
