About this role

Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets.
Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets’ initial fit.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities.
Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria/metrics and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
Support the M&A team with various ad hoc tasks related to the closing of live deals.
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing, project team meetings and deal execution.

1 – 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Transaction Advisory/Consulting is a must
Demonstrated strong academic performance at a top-tier institution
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; CPA or CFA track is a significant plus
Maturity and presence to interact with C-level executives
Self-starter with strong sales and communication skills
Strong analytical and Excel skill with attention to detail
