Supports global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) users as an application developer to deliver technical OneStream financial system solutions
Serves as a liaison between end users and Information Technology (IT)
Lead on the FP&A OneStream Design & Configuration (ODC) team, focusing on standardizing Record-to-Report business processes and implementing EPM technology solutions for UPS global financial reporting, planning, consolidations, and analytics
Involved in full systems life cycle management (analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, change management, production migration and support) and system enhancements delivered on time and within budget
Performs current state analysis of existing financial systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement
Utilizes an agile and waterfall methodology for software development lifecycle
Strategizes and coordinates key project activities with users/consultants/off-shore support teams to resolve issues within the OneStream application
Requirements
5+ years experience in a similar F&A Systems role
Experience in several technical and/or functional finance roles
Experience interpreting functional finance concepts into automated coded models/processes
Strong background with EPM platforms, data cubes, and technical coding
Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in MIS, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
Lead OneStream Architect Certification – preferred
Experience with ERP/EPM Implementation is a plus
5+ Years experience in VB.Net, C#, SQL or other coding languages
5 – 10 years experience in OneStream, Longview, Hyperion Financial Management or other EPM technologies
Willingness to travel on occasion
