B2B marketing and business development support
Produce and update FR/EN marketing content: presentations, fact sheets, talking points, emails, LinkedIn posts, team bios
Adapt messages to suit business development and wealth management target audiences
Support account managers with modernized and consistent sales tools
Work closely with the Products, Trust, Sales, Compliance and Digital Marketing teams
Contribute to the strategy and development of web content
Produce and optimize educational and technical content
Track web indicators and recommend UX/SEO improvements
Ensure language quality, visual consistency and compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure rigorous editorial governance
Work with external suppliers to produce high-quality deliverables
Implement, structure and maintain a complete RFP database
Develop master templates and coordinate information collection
Participate in the growth strategy in Ontario and contribute to visibility initiatives

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or communications requiring a high degree of autonomy, structure and editorial rigour
Knowledge of French is required
Expertise in writing in French and English
Proficiency in explaining financial content (products, Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) framework)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Knowledge of the trust or wealth management sectors
