PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, or related quantitative fields
15+ years post-PhD work experience, including industry leadership experience
Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams driving development of scalable bioinformatics and molecular data products
Demonstrated impact in translational research, especially oncology or immunology, with a track record of high-value collaborations
Deep expertise in multi-modal data integration, novel algorithm development, and AI/ML applied to large-scale molecular datasets
Strong programming background (Python, R), cloud experienced (AWS), and familiarity with structured and unstructured omics data platforms
Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with a bias towards execution
Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and communicate across scientific and non-technical stakeholders
Highly collaborative, with experience leading in complex, fast-paced environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
