Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of leading complex marketing transformation initiatives for big brands
Significant experience in strategic planning aligning clients’ work around shared outcomes and creating pathways to execution that deliver measurable results
Significant experience working with Adobe content supply chain solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, GenAI, etc.) and integrating these with broader marketing technologies
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and consulting with C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives
Strong background in developing business cases, proposals, and securing approval for large-scale projects
Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers in a consultative capacity
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to design and implement marketing solutions that align with business goals
Expertise in marketing transformation and technology integration, particularly with Adobe products
Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
