Hunt (50%): You are your own SDR. You will identify high-value law firms, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls/email/LinkedIn to book your own meetings.
Close (50%): You will run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys, handle objections, and close deals.
Build: You will help refine our sales messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy based on real market feedback.
Requirements
2+ Years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: You have sold SaaS to law firms before (e.g., at Clio, MyCase, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis). You understand the "billable hour" mindset and know how to speak to Partners.
A Proven "Hunter": You can show us a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own revenue. You don't fear the phone.
No "Big Company" Hangovers: You don't need a 2-week training seminar or a manager checking your activity daily. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely.
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, Dialers, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to maximize your efficiency.
Benefits
Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000
Structure is a 50/50 split (e.g., $75k-$100k Base + $75k-$100k Commission).
Uncapped Commission: There is no ceiling on what you can earn. Top performers will earn significantly more than the OTE.
