Role Overview
- Lead the implementation of policies and programs for Safety compliance
- Provide training and ensure communication at all levels of the plant
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Government regulations
- Act as a resource to all departments for safety and loss control support
- Develop and monitor Safety Culture through Safety Compliance Training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment and 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- OR HS Diploma or GED equivalent with 7+ years of professional safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment and 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
