Own the testing and validation of new user acquisition opportunities across channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, Meta, and other emerging advertising platforms.
Design and execute structured experimentation roadmaps to evaluate new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, funnels, and acquisition approaches.
Apply deep Meta Ads expertise and best practices to inform testing strategies.
Build clear testing frameworks and hypotheses, ensuring experiments are statistically sound and generate actionable business insights.
Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis to identify performance drivers.
Lead creative experimentation in partnership with designers and content creators.
Leverage Tableau and other BI tools to build reporting.
Partner closely with Data, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
Apply strong attribution and incrementality knowledge when evaluating channel performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing for B2C companies.
Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads.
Experience managing campaigns across additional channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap.
Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience using Tableau (required).
Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms.
Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, Web2App funnels, attribution, and performance measurement.
