Role Overview
- Design the acquisition roadmap and own the Acquisition Budget
- Monitor Payback Periods to determine when to cut low-quality sources and when to scale
- Identify and execute direct media buys on DSPs, Ad Networks, and Streaming sites
- Build a roster of Casino Streamers and Community Leaders
- Analyze the funnel and advise Product on payment friction and localized offers to improve conversion
- Recruit and hire a direct report to support your strategy
Requirements
- 6+ years of High-Growth UA experience in iGaming, Crypto, or Fintech (Unregulated markets)
- Comfortable buying media on DSPs and Ad Networks
- Proven track record of structuring deals that align partner incentives with ROI
- Knowledge of 'Arbitrage' and 'Incentivized' traffic patterns
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with Australian HQ
