Role Overview
- Process transactions in QuickBooks
- Assist and coordinate with external accountant as needed
- Processing and scheduling payments to vendors, service providers, utilities, taxes, etc.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial procedures
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, organize, and maintain a social media content
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Self-motivated to continuously learn.
