Own all event & tour logistics, from routing and scheduling to booking venues, travel, and accommodations for the entire team.
Lead all pre-production (tech riders, vendor contracts, run-of-show) and on-site production, coordinating with vendors, volunteers, and partners to ensure a flawless technical and attendee experience.
Constantly build and nurture a global network of partners, churches, and venues to create a sustainable pipeline for future tours.
Requirements
MUST have 3+ years of verifiable experience in live event production and/or tour management.
A proven portfolio or list of past events, tours, or productions that you have successfully managed.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to remain calm and solve complex logistical problems under extreme pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel (both domestically and internationally) as required for certain events.
Must be a systems-builder who can create and follow checklists for repeatable, flawless event execution.
Must be proficient in the following:
ClickUp (or similar PM tool)
Google Drive & G-Suite
Event booking/management software
