Own the entire in-studio technical production, managing all gear, recording, and livestreaming for two (and potentially three) shows per week.
Lead the execution of all asset handoffs, ensuring 100% of footage and project assets are perfectly organized and delivered to the post-production team within 10 hours of recording.
Constantly find new ways to improve performance, analyzing viewer retention, tracking growth metrics, and proposing new growth experiments to help grow the podcast.
Achieve 100% flawless technical execution for all recording sessions and the release of all the content.
Propose and implement 1 new optimization (e.g., set design, pacing) with the goal of increasing average viewer retention on long-form episodes by 10% within 6 months.
Requirements
Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in-person at our studio.
Has a strong portfolio of past podcast production work.
Deep experience setting up and operating multi-camera video shoots (specifically with Sony A7siii’s or similar).
Proven experience in running a multi-cam livestream with a live, digital audience.
Proven expertise with podcast audio equipment (mixers, microphones) and hardware (ATEM Mini Pro ISO, RØDECaster Pro II).
Experience with content strategy and analyzing YouTube performance data.
Must be proficient in the following:

Software: Adobe Premiere
Project Management: Notion, ClickUp (or similar like Asana)
Platforms: YouTube Studio Analytics, TikTok & Instagram Reels
