Develop production test strategies based on product design specifications
Design and develop test solutions including both hardware and software elements, with a focus on leading the software development portion
Involvement in all areas of the development process, including test planning, software development, hardware development, system integration, qualification, and installation support for manufacturing
Test process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield
Integrate tools and code developed by other internal groups or external customers
Debug issues using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
Collaborate with a highly experienced engineering team to review and provide input on development designs
Interface expertly with external customers and internal stakeholders
Occasional travel and global site support may be required

Minimum 1-2 years of software development, preferably with National Instruments LabView
Minimum 3-5 years of engineering development and manufacturing operations support (preferred, not mandatory)
Some operations background (electronics manufacturing experience preferred, not mandatory)
Software design, development, debug and release
Some Hardware development, integration and qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
Project leadership and managing multiple projects
Good organization skills
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers
