Role Overview
- Serve seniors in a senior living building
- Provide care giving responsibilities in day/evening/NOC shifts
- Collaborate with team of caregivers
- Assist residents with daily activities and ensure their safety and comfort
- Make a difference in residents’ lives through kindness and integrity
Requirements
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
