Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of ENT sales management experience
Very strong understanding of selling into Upmarket segments in an expansion focused sales motion.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
MUST BE LOCATED IN BOSTON AND WILLING TO COME INTO AN OFFICE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK.
