Act as Liaison and company representative for customers
Perform at customer sites; test equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and calibration to AVL specifications as defined through the AVL Qualification Initiative (QI).
Troubleshoot and repair products to AVL specifications following defined processes.
Professional and timely completion of service and commissioning reports and other administrative responsibilities as required.
Actively participate in developing one’s own training plan and exhibits ownership in completing training towards realization of selected diplomas and competency.
Provide feedback and improvement suggestions on troubleshooting guides and continuous improvement methods to increase operating equipment effectiveness (O.E.E.).
Generates calibration certificates, service reports and is responsible for evaluation and presentation of results
Perform Hotline support as required including the use of reporting tools, Helpdesk II etc.
Timely follow up on items and the ability to drive issues to closure.
Complete all applicable safety training
Must be willing to travel

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
1-3+ years’ experience in related field
3+ year experience with test automation equipment preferred
Understanding of electrical and mechanical processes
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
