About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of active clients.
Ensure optimal adoption of our solutions.
Maintain a proactive, strategic relationship with clients.
Identify optimization and growth opportunities (upsell / cross-sell).
Prevent churn risks and intervene in cases of dissatisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support).
Ensure documentation and follow-up in the CRM.
Handle incoming opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and presentations.
Participate in negotiating and closing certain agreements.
Requirements
Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
Experience in a technology environment.
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, collaboration platforms, video conferencing tools).
Ability to understand and explain technological solutions clearly and accessibly.
Good understanding of the sales cycle (strong asset).
Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization.
Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
Customer-oriented approach and strong listening skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in French and English.
