Serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams for Shure’s conferencing and collaboration solutions
Develop and communicate practical, risk-based recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teams on product strategy and roadmaps providing legal guidance through product lifecycle
Conduct legal product reviews and provide clear guidance
Identify applicable legal requirements and assess their impact on product design
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of technology and commercial agreements
Manage and direct outside counsel for high-quality support
Monitor regulatory developments affecting products and identify legal risks

Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience with focus on product counseling, technology, SaaS, cloud services or IoT
Experience with commercial technology transactions
Knowledge of privacy/data protection law and consumer protection law
Intellectual property knowledge (software and hardware)
Experience advising product and engineering teams across the product lifecycle
Strong project management skills
Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
