About this role
Role Overview
Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives in the US/West Territory
Manage sales professionals selling to end users directly
Leverage relationships with influential channel partners
Develop and execute sales strategies for the IGA solution suite
Establish and maintain relationships with key supporting functions
Analyze pipeline and forecasting for continuous improvement
Requirements
Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organizations
Proven ability to manage a team of sales professionals
Experience in a SaaS environment
Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
Strong analytical skills for pipeline and forecasting
Experience with IGA Solution Suite is a plus
