Role Overview
Own success for a set of enterprise customers, driving retention, growth, and impact.
Build trust with key stakeholders and executives regarding sustainability data.
Help customers understand and use the product to achieve business outcomes.
Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback.
Help customers understand and use Watershed’s carbon marketplace.
Requirements
Relevant CSM experience in a SaaS organization
Proven success building relationships with enterprise customers at an executive level
Ask the right questions to understand needs
Experience in customer-facing work at the enterprise level
Commercially fluent, partnering with Sales on renewals and growth
Highly organized managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts
Curious and adaptable, eager to make sustainability data the next frontier of business intelligence.
