Develop, implement, and prioritize strategic plans for assigned spend categories
Proactively manage contracting efforts for custom contracts, GPO contracts, local contracts
Lead cross-functional team-based bid processes and decision making
Build professional, effective relationships with internal customers

Bachelor's Degree in finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
7-10 years of sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management experience.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to prepare and present presentations and financial analysis to leaders
Ability to facilitate teams to successful resolution of challenging issues
Experience developing and executing strategic souring plans
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
