Lead Customer Success Data Scientist – Industry Analytics

Role Overview

• Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into actionable success plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to all customer stakeholders
• Develop analytical deliverables using machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI
• Actively engage with customers to drive adoption and enablement
• Represent Spotfire at industry events

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of data science experience using software environments and programming languages
• Experience with Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, SPSS, KNIME, Dataiku, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R
• 6-8+ years of experience in advanced data analytics
• Knowledge of SQL, .Net, Java, IronPython, Javascript, C++
• Master's or higher degree in STEM
