Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to support the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
Translate product strategy into executable program plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams
Lead product requirements in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Drive end-to-end product launch readiness
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across systems and teams; proactively drive mitigation plans
Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations, status updates, and decision materials
Learn and adapt to new hardware and architecture language
Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams to effectively strategize, drive and deliver on product plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related field
A minimum of 5-7 years as a Program Manager with exposure to Product Management or Product Ownership
Prior experience in the cable, telecom, or broadband industry as a Program, Product or Project Manager is necessary
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in large enterprise environments
Strong experience with product requirements definition, product launches involving multiple operational and technical teams and program management full life cycle planning and execution
Exceptional PowerPoint (PPT) and executive communication skills are required with the ability to present clearly and succinctly to senior leadership
Experience in Agile environments is required and exposure to Jira
Must be able and willing to learn and adapt to new engineering hardware or architecture utilization
Ability to proactively drive and manage programs at both strategic and tactical levels
Experience working with senior executives and influencing without direct authority
