Work with other web developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to create websites, web applications, and other online platforms
Design, code, test, and debug web applications and websites
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth production
Perform website updates and ensure all web pages are functional and free from errors
Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Perform routine site maintenance and fix bugs promptly
Write and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure website is optimized for several platforms and web browsers
Mentor junior web developers and review their work for quality and efficiency
Ensure website security by setting up firewalls and login pages

1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 1
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 2
8 or more years of experience for Level 3
Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer
Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check
