Create, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts
Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems during testing
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
Collaborate with the software development team to ensure software meets quality standards
Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing
Participate in product design reviews
Ensure new software integration meets functional requirements
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Collaborate to improve the company’s quality assurance processes and practices
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 1
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 2
8 or more years of experience for Level 3
Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Minimum Skills: Experience in designing and developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC)
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong knowledge in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript
Highly skilled in using automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, Junit, and tools like Jenkins
Must be able to pass a background check.
