Requirements
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in recruitment (Accounting and Finance).
Proven track record in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital.
Strong background in business development and full-cycle recruitment.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience in managing and mentoring less experienced recruiters is a plus.
