Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SmartCOMM ecosystem
• Partner with the engineering team to manage and maintain the connection between Salesforce and SmartCOMM
• Lead the design and maintenance of complex document templates
• Translate document needs into technical specifications
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in the document generation process
• Manage the promotion of templates and configurations across environments

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
• 2 years of hands-on experience with SmartCOMM
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience with logic-based template design
• Knowledge of Salesforce data schema
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and OAuth authentication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively
