Serve as a customer-focused leader, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and strategic planning.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the values and culture of CLS Living.
Drive team to achieve performance indicators, offering feedback to underperforming associates, and managing disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
Manage the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting property tours, providing updates, and responding to owner requests.
Maintain occupancy at/or above 95% and collections at/or above 95% of potential income, or in accordance with the approved operating budget.
Lead the development and execution of an annual marketing plan and track daily/weekly leasing goals.
Plan and execute resident events to foster community engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 3-5 years of experience in multifamily housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Success in a leadership role with at least 3 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software (Yardi preferred).
Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
Strong skills in staff recruitment and development, financial management, marketing strategy, scheduling, and operational oversight.
