You’ll support the planning, coordination, and financial control of large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
You’ll develop and maintain project cost trackers, dashboards, and standardized reporting frameworks.
You’ll assist in reviewing project scope, budgets, estimates, and change orders to ensure alignment with approved funding and WBS structures.
You’ll track CAPEX, commitments, accruals, and forecast updates across multiple active projects.
You’ll support cost control processes including variance analysis, trend tracking, and risk identification.
You’ll coordinate with estimators, project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders to validate cost data and schedule impacts.
You’ll document assumptions, exclusions, and financial adjustments across estimate revisions.
You’ll help prepare executive-ready reports summarizing cost status, schedule impacts, and financial risks.
You’ll assist with procurement tracking, invoice validation, and budget reconciliation activities.
You’ll ensure financial data accuracy across internal systems and client reporting platforms.
You’ll work primarily remotely, with approximately 20–30% travel to project sites to support critical milestones, budget reviews, and key construction phases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
At least 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or cost analysis
Direct experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects
Strong understanding of CAPEX tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting
Experience reviewing estimates, change orders, and construction budgets
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, cost modeling)
Experience with project management or cost control systems (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, SAP,, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and financial stakeholders
