About this role
Role Overview
- Validate data and perform basic tests on IPeople products
- Document issues and create data validation reports
- Document steps to reproduce issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
- Follow best practices
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Customer health checks
Requirements
- Familiar with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Healthcare experience
- Familiar with hospital information systems
- Working knowledge of Windows Server fundamentals, Active Directory–based permissions, and basic networking concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) for collaboration and documentation
