Global HCP Marketing Lead – Secondment 6-8 Months

Role Overview

• Spearhead global HCP promotional strategy
• Lead messaging strategy and rollout
• Advance RWE strategy for HCP promotion
• Support global launch HCP initiatives
• Ensure robust KPIs are developed and tracked
• Establish strong working relationships with US and ICO teams
• Work closely with global creative agency for message development
• Support management of agency performance and budget

Requirements

• BA/BS with 8+ years of experience
• Pharmaceutical experience
• Robust brand marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams in complex matrix environments
• Strategic skills in identifying major strategic challenges
• Ability to prioritize asset priorities and resource allocation
• MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience OR PhD or JD with 5+ years of experience (Nice-to-Have)
