Role Overview

• Lead specialized development projects, initiatives, and activities that have significant, organization-wide impact
• Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute, and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
• Identify, analyze, and diagnose major issues and present recommendations to decision-making bodies
• Interpret laws and regulations, provide legal opinions, and prepare and validate rules, standards, policies, procedures, forms, and agreements affecting the organization
• Represent the organization in court: develop strategy, draft pleadings, prepare witnesses, present oral arguments, and negotiate optimal terms in complex matters
• Develop and update policies, standards, frameworks, and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
• Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
