Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for faculty and staff, including job description development, search committee support, candidate screening, search documentation, and coordination with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate hiring transactions.
Implement comprehensive onboarding and offboarding programs, managing timelines, communications, credentialing processes, and department-specific initiatives.
Manage payroll, leave, and HR advisory functions, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and effective tracking systems.
Support performance management and personnel administration, including promotion processes, job description development, salary approvals, and system updates.
Lead HR data management efforts, maintaining platforms such as Smartsheet, HCM, and FIMS.
Represent the department in School and Campus HR initiatives and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences or a directly related field from an accredited institution
4+ years of professional level experience working in human resources, faculty affairs, or another related position in higher education.
PeopleSoft HCM, experience preferred
Workflow management experience through Smartsheet, Docusign and other related tools preferred
Experience working with CU and CU Medicine policies and procedures related to human resource management preferred
