Servicing multi-modality, CT/MR/AX/XP Imaging Equipment in the Los Angeles, CA area.
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Deliver timely and effective repairs and adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
Strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology.
Experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
