Role Overview
- Provide strategic leadership for multi-unit retail operations
- Partner with SVP/VP to set revenue, expense, and profit goals
- Lead operations meetings to review performance
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards

- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail operations experience
- Proven success managing $30M–$60M revenue portfolios
- Advanced financial acumen with expertise in P&L management
- Proficiency in retail and workforce systems
- Strong knowledge of category management and visual merchandising standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools
