Executes day-to-day market access operational activities in support of brand and portfolio objectives.
Supports launch and in-line product access needs, ensuring deliverables are timely completed and aligned with cross-functional plans.
Supports all strategic research projects in collaboration with direct manager and broader market access team.
Supports the strategy and creation of all market access focused marketing materials.
Manages the end-to-end review and approval process for US branded market access materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Coordinates development, updates, and deployment of payer, provider, and patient access resources.
Maintains trackers, timelines, and documentation to support efficient execution and audit readiness.
Supports payer-facing initiatives by coordinating materials, responding to information requests, and assisting with formulary and coverage-related processes.
Analyzes and reports on market access operational metrics, including material usage, payer coverage trends, and access performance indicators.
Develops dashboards, including core KPI and reports to support decision-making, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Serves as a market access operations subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in US market access, payer operations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Experience managing material review/approval processes and cross-functional deliverables.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
