Be the voice of the customer: immerse yourself in the prediction markets ecosystem and understand which segments of users are trading which types of prediction markets across sports, politics/economics, culture, and more.
Develop growth strategies and tactics: ideate, refine, and execute growth strategies for ongoing news and big events (e.g. sports tournaments, elections). You’ll be using channels and tactics like social, email/push, influencers, paid ads, events, and incentives
Lead product and feature launches: put together go to market strategy for feature launches like parlays
Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives
Think big about the future of prediction markets and how we can use them to better predict outcomes and make the world aware of these predictions
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the trading/crypto space or the FinTech space
Demonstrated track record of ideating and implementing growth strategies on products
Demonstrated track record of creating customer segmentation and insights
Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions
Outstanding project management skills
Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
