Drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership.
Lead project teams and guide internal stakeholders toward project success.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or relevant field.
Experience with relational database technologies, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Redshift, or Snowflake.
Hands-on experience using Python, including pandas and/or PySpark.
Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Advanced problem-solving skills and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective leadership and project management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
Experience building systems in event-driven or streaming architectures is preferred.
