Serve as a force multiplier across multiple teams, building internal tools, automating workflows, and solving problems
Build a candidate enrichment pipeline for hiring
Set up a continuous security scanning system for the dev team
Prototype an interactive experience that goes beyond what Figma can do
Deliver solutions by understanding pain points in product, design, development, and QA

General software development ability across multiple languages and environments
Experience with PHP and/or Laravel
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted development
Ability to rapidly prototype and ship functional tools without over-engineering
Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow optimization
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS)
Experience with API integrations and working with third-party services
Comfort working across the stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure) as needed
Experience with security tooling or DevOps practices would be a plus
